Give them a call - explain to your insurer your symptoms and they will guide you on the treatment you are eligible for.
Choose a specialist
Your insurer will offer to find you a specialist or you can request to see Fit For Life.
Book your appointment at Fit For Life
Once you have been granted authorisation, get in touch and we will book you in for your initial assessment.
Leave the rest to us
We will work directly with your provider to ensure you get the treatment you need as quickly as possible.
